Telepest from abroad eventhough it appears like a Uk number.. Just dont answer then store in your phone as a pest so you know when they ring again !
Thought they were Southend Council because little map showed them very close in Victoria Avenue. Rang back to them and a male voice answered with the name McKenzie Hall who I assume to be wearing their debt collector hat.

SCAM / SPAM: 0793130617 they call and pretend they can't hear you and say they will call back.. which they do a LOT. and the fact it's only showing 10 digits on the number where as everyone knows phone numbers in this country are 11 digits. DO NOT ANSWER THEIR CALL!! I'm guessing they will gain access to your phone and could run up huge bills or get hold of your personal info.

SCAM / SPAM Received call at 08:31 on 4th Sep 2020. Automated call claiming to be from tax office stating fraud case had been opened and to press '1' to return call. I did not press '1' as this is clearly a SCAM call
