Hing up when I answered
Keep getting calls from an Abdul asking to speak to one of our developers, saying that he is calling from RSR. Have Googled the number and comes up with Reed but when questioned...
Hung up when answered also flouting TPS
Unsolicited call advising that they had a free service to compare telephone line services cost or some other nonsense. Said I wasnt interested in this free service and hung up before the live op could continue his marketing..
Scam call from 'HMRC'.
SCAM / SPAM Said he was answering a missed call from me? I don't use landline for calls out ~ too expensive.
Fraud, claims to be HMRC. An automated message saying "an arrest warrant has been issued...."

Beware - SCAM
TAXES / HMRC claiming I'm guilty of fraud and asking me to press 1 to speak to someone about it. I'm not guilty of a thing & don't need to deal with any tax related issues. Any mobile phone number should be automatically suspect for anything government wise, surely it'd be a landline & a letter would be received by post.

call to my mother claiming to be computer support. they had seen issues with her computer. funny thing is my mother doesnt have a computer.
A person with an Asian accent claiming to be Peter Marshall from BT Open Reach called and insisted I tell him whether I am the owner of the line. When I asked him the purpose of the call, he was rude abusive and swore at me.
SCAM / SPAM automated saying they are from amazon
Further to my last - it appears it was from an alarm monitoring company after I did some research. However, no message was left on voicemail to say this. Went and checked my Club - phew no break in but alarm box was showing a fault. So after initially thinking it was a spam call, good to see the alarm system works!
