Called at 09.03 this morning. Didn t say their company name. It was a recorded message that they d been trying to contact me about savings to my existing life policy.
Oh dear I m not the only one. had £79.99 taken from my account today. I am unemployed at the moment and the promise of a £20.00 fuel voucher for answering a survey was very attractive. What can be done? has anyone managed to get their money back?
One of the rudest cold calls ever received - apparently had an accident in the last 2 years based on information they have one me (no accidents!). I asked where they got the info from and to be removed from their list and the level of aggression and rudeness was astonishing. Had to waste my own time and money calling back to ensure I am removed from their list. Someone needs to investigate this mob
