The number belongs to TCV, a company which provides training for jobseekers on behalf of the job centre.
Apparently if you are called Gary you can get discount on a new Audi of 90%. Nuisance calls from Pimp that Skoda trying to seek rubbish.
Short duration ring, then hangs up.

Another irritating spam [criminal] call at 8.35 in the morning. I didn't give her time to speak just shouted at her to stop doing it.

got a message from this number +447468878094, saying i had received a photo message. i tried to check it out online and got a message, saying site was unsafe and was being blocked by firefox. so i am blocking it

I get regular calls from this number, they ring off as soon as I answer, any ideas who they are?
Scam call claiming to be from HMRC
As above: pretend to be Talk Talk, slow internet etc., then get abusive when told they're scammers.
SCAM - caller claimed to be from BT & said they were ringing because of problems I was having with their service. Immediately hung up as I have been having no such problems.
