abusive, about a car accident claim. This call center calls me up to 5 times a day from different numbers. I have asked to be removed from their lists and said no many times. They laugh and say i will just keep calling you. Awful. The same person keeps calling me from different numbers and taunting me. Today when i picked up it was "answering today are you? then he laughed and hung up.

After speaking to the company, they gave me an EPC, (energy performance certificate) which then they got me cavity wall insulation, a new boiler and solar panels FREE OF CHARGE, that wasn't all they then managed to get me a small refund on my water bill of £50. welsh water told me it was a scam but after receiving my cheque off welsh water I know now why they said it was a scam as Welsh Water do not want you to know about surface water refunds.
