Pain in the backside telephone survey. Thank goodness for call blocker (20 calls blocked so far ).
Called two days running saying HMRC building a case against me and to press 1 to speak to Case Officer. These are evil scum. Why does BT not have facility to stop these calls if people complain? Should be easy for them.
