Frequent and annoying caller who invariably hangs up. I called them back and received recorded message, "Welcome to Energy Saving Solutions" followed by a series of menu options.

If you answer one of these calls, ask them for your name and account details. A real engineer from BT would know your account name and address. Words cannot describe the hatred I have for the scammers :)

Got a WhatsApp message from this number asking if I was working today. WhatsApp shows it as a business number and with the name Angela! I suspect it's an attempted Fraud, but really not sure.
