Unsolicited call to a TPS registered number. Knew instantly it was a cold call due to long pause after me saying "hello" to when the line is connected - to india by the sounds of it. Eventually someone was on the end of the line!!! Claimed to be from by internet service provider and asked if my service was OK. they said I had a problem with my router as I had changed some settings, which I had not. I asked who they were and they said my internet service provider, asked them to name my provider and they said BT, it s not!!!! Told them where to go and hung up. Don t answer.
