My son stupidly answered some questions about bitcoin and now they’re bombarding him with phone calls, you block one number so they use a different number.
Phone call, lady claiming to be from Energy provider in the area. I asked 'What area' and she hung up. SCAM

Owen called from 0113 823 1763 claiming to be from Nationwide Fire Safety and said we had a quote for fire extinguishers from them last year - but had a 8year+ old address and we had never spoken to them before. Scam.

called today claiming to be from UK health security agency regarding covid 19 vaccination status. uttered obscenities and hung up when questioned about why they were using an inactive mobile number to initiate the call. had details of the street that i stay in.
This call referred to an Amazon Card (which I don't have) and an international money transfer of £300. None of which is relevant. Sounds threatening. Have had this before but on a different number.
Phoned 3 times today no one answers then hung up
Scam - Caller said that they were from Microsoft and, over the last four days, they have received notification that hackers etc had got access to my computer. If I turned on my computer they would be able to clear them from it. When I said it was a scam, I was told that if I did not let them remove the hackers, Microsoft would have to stop any computer from being able to work from my address in the future.
SCAM Says from o2 offering discount. Don't give them the code.
SCAM Impersonates family member by text, telling you that their phone has been destroyed and that they need you to pay an urgent bill. Total scam. Very convincing if your a trusting person.
