Just a text message "Happy Birthday ??" (yes two question marks) DO NOT RECONISE THE NUMBER PROB SCAM.

Fraud automated call telling me that a payment of over£900 was requested from my visa account and to hit one of a series of numbers on my keypad. Needless to say, I didn't and ended the call.

SCAM - Caller knew my name and claimed to be from housing association. Given that others have answered and left comments after being told it is a accident claim company, it is safe to assume this is a scam.

SCAM Called today 23032022 automated voice saying £79 was coming out of my account today, press 1 for account details or 2 for other enquiries. claiming to be from Amazon but they do not have my mobile number.

SCAM - Claiming to be from HMRC (HM revenues and customers will be taking legal action against you shortly, press one to speak to our officer, etc.).

Fraud - recording claiming to be bank fraud about two suspicious transactions, Tesco Vouchers and money transfer to Mexico

Claiming to be from Sky, suggesting my Internet has been breached. Asked that I get my mobile phone and go to Google. I refused and the man got really angry, and shouted I need to do this to fix the problem. I refused and hung up.

Told me in the last 2 weeks I had 40000 Euros frozen and now sates it's £50,000 frozen for me.

caller claimed to be from my (unspecified) mobile network. When I asked them to confirm which one, they hung up.

Claimed to be from EE offering me early upgrade with 40% off. Hung up when I told him I'm actually an EE employee and I know he's not from my company!! SCAM

This number contacted & said press 1 for legal help. This is 100% spam!

SCAM - Simon attempted to deliver today etc purporting to be Post Office-GB received as text and suggesting the number should be contacted. Beware, you're data is at risk.

My mother has been contacted many times on this and other phone numbers. The message, from the caller is always the same, she tells my mother, first in English and then in Chinese that she has a package waiting for her, to collect from the Chinese embassy. This is clearly a scam call.

This phone number is responsible for calling a friends place of work and saying vicious lies to try and get them fired from their job.

Number 02071124802 phoned me and said they was from start up loans. www.startuploans.co.uk and wanted me to transfer them £58 for the loan to be secured under the insurance. They provided me with a person called Jamin bank details which straight away is strange for a company. I was told it was the managers details as money transferred to the company always bounces back. The organisation using this number are expert scammers. They already had my o2 mobile phone number, contract account number and asked me to confirm my address before offering a discount on my tariff. I was aware it was a scam and played dumb for a while until they sent me the text which would have given them full access to my account had I replied to it. After wasting their time for 10 minutes, I told them I knew they were scammers and they became very abusive, then misscalled my number around 20 times

I never answer the landline (to avoid giving scammers/spammers the knowledge that my landline is a valid number). I researched the number but could not find a legitimate index entry, so I conclude it is a scam and not to be trusted at all. Potentially dangerous. Advice: Do not answer the number... ________________________________________
