Pertaining to be from UK Service Plan. They informed me that I had been with them since 2014. I am pretty sure that is not correct as I have never had any insurance other than makers warranty on any white goods. Anyway, they said they would send through those documents. Scam. They say they are from. Vodafone but I checked with Vodafone and they do not telemarketer their customers. Even when work g from home duri g the pandemic so BEWARE ITS A SCAM they ask you for your card details and tell you that you can get am upgrade when you aren't eleigable or have just had a legitimate upgrade

Caller initially claimed to be calling from the University of Sussex, asking me to undertake an online research survey. Then they wanted our email address, and I enquired why was that necessary if the survey was online - all they needed to do was provide me with the web address. The caller later later confirmed they were an independent market research company , and continued to ask for my email address. Of course, I never provided it.

SCAM - claim to be from Sky broadband technical team. I questioned this and they started shouting at me and making threats. They were ordering me to turn on my computer and go to a website. I told them no, I wouldn't do this. He then said that he wasn't asking me to pay him money, not that I'd ever mentioned this. I told him he had about as much chance of getting money out of me as I Prince Philip did of seeing Christmas, I don't think he got the joke. He continued to threaten me. Told me to watch out

This is very similar to 0121 389 0863 and suggests in the same office. 0121 389 0863 is noted as being a nuisance call about accidents we have had or in my case not had. Now blocked.

This was a recorded message from an organisation claiming to be BT, regarding the impending withdrawal of a phone and internet account with them. I have not been with BT for a few years, so this seems unlikely to me. Is it dangerous? Possibly.

They ve be ringing me for the last 2months, I never answer, just dial 1471 to find their number, get calls all day long, really annoying now so went to their website and requested they remove me from their data bases, this can be done from the contact us option on their website, we will see, Also have my home/mobile number registered with TPS,(telephone preference service)

Domestic Home Guard Ultimate. (Domestichome.co.uk) There is nothing on the web site. They are a home insurance company. I suspect they may be a one man band (someone who calls himself Josh). They mis-sold over the phone to my relative who has disabilities and does not understand what he is signing up to. I am now trying to retrieve £210 that was taken from him by direct debit. No luck so far. I fear this money may be gone forever.

Person then answers but does not know name/details etc & tries to get you to give details. Be really careful with this number - clearly fraudsters/scammers.
