Received call on my mobile, man claiming to be from Virgin Media telling me as a loyal customer he could save me lots of money! Went on to ask me who my mobile phone provider is and if I'm on a contract or PAYG, I asked why he needed to know that & he said because I can save you money, I then said but you don't know how much I pay so how do you know you can save me money?
