SCAM / Spam - scam threat to extort money, pretending to be from HMRC. Says if you don't press 1 to connect to an operator (presumably for money) then a warrant will be issued for your arrest.
I got a bit further with these jokers. The 0121 number is a fraud, the guy (heavy pakistani accent) said he was sat in Woodgreen, London and explained the fake number as a "computer" number not a phone number. He said he was from "heating on benefits". Once I confirmed the ESA/LPG gas/20yr he went on to say, he will now pass me over to the Verifier who will check and confirm my details and arrange for a visit to my house which will only take 48 hours. At this point I stop, no further, these could be any
On verge of reporting for harassment. Has called 15 times to day but failed to leave a message or speak. Hangs up if answered.
We have answered this and it has been on missed calls as well, never get to speak to anyone. It's our local std code as well!

Had a few missed calls from this number. I ve got a new number from sky that used to belong to someone who was clearly in a lot of debt! This is one of many numbers that calls.
