Agree with everything said above. Also agree with ASE above. whats the point in having TPS and being ex directory. Now got caller ID phone and unless I know the number I dont answer. This still affects my quality of life. I constantly miss calls from family abroad, and the constant ringing of the phone irritates me. SOmetimes I unplug the phone, but then why bother having a phone at all!!!!! Somebody please do something about such callers!

This number called me twice in two days. Recorded message, female voice, which starts "Urgent Message regarding your Private Pension, please listen" Clearly a Scam of some type.
Claimed to be HMRC re tax fraud and asked to press #1, otherwise, a warrant will be issued against you. Well, this is a well-published scam. Fraud - claim to be HMRC and there's a warrant for your arrest. They warn you not to hang up otherwise they will tell courts you tried to run away from arrest. They use a cloned HMRC number as well. SCAM! Block.
