Called me and asked a barrage of questions regarding if I am on the right tariff for me (PAYG O2 phone) I replied I was happy with it, and she asked how much a spent a month. When I mentioned she should have details of that if she is from O2 she said that she is not from Customer Services, so I said her call was not of interest and she then launched into something else. I hung up, this bores me. Forty seconds of my life I won t get back. What a rubbish job she has!

Had a missed call from this number 01825 583837, I never answer calls where I dont reconise the telephone number anyway, if it was urgent or important then they would have left ...
SCAM - say they are from EDF and that the meter serial number does not correspond with the billing invoice. Not been with EDF for 2 years but they still wanted information.- I politely put the phone down.

Said they were from BT and phoning about my Internet. When I said I didn't have Internet with them they called me a 'funking liar'.
This number has been bothering me for a few weeks now and I ve ignored it - Answered it today and it was a company telling me they had been informed I ve been in a car accident that wasn t my fault.. "Is that right" she asked. I think the company is sigma or something similar. When called back it says incorrect number.
