Said they were calling from Amazon about a high value order I placed. Asked me to confirm. I knew straight away it was a scam as the caller was trying to panic me into cancelling the order and log into account

This was a recording saying that £800 had been taken from my credit card by an American Gambling Company. At this point I hung up as I don’t have a visa credit card. THIS IS A SCAM?

Bogus call from AMAZON stating i had bought an I phone
Whatsapp message. Claims to be from an internationall affiliate company offering work. Somehow got my details from an online recruitment site but refused to tell me the source and convo very vague & shrouded in secrecy for company name or details. Seems to be leading up to a scam. Be aware.
They claim to be a company that blocks unwanted marketing calls then they ask for your bank card details saying they want to deposit compensation payment into your account

Claimed to need your details as part of the “tax advisory group” to claim money back from HMRC. When I said I had done that direct they said they can go back the maximum amount of years. I said yes you can do that direct and then he said okah bye and hung up.

Text Message Claims to be from EE. Asks to use link to claim points in a rewards program. No such program exists. I have blocked the number.

Probably a scam as Claimed to be from ee but didn't address me by name and asked if I was interested in the latest iPhone and when I said no just said "bye bye" and hung up which isn't how ee staff usually respond
SPAM - message you saying ‘can you please save my new number mum’. I responded with ‘who are you’ Their response ‘your oldest child mum’ My response ‘what is your name?’ They stopped responding. This did not come from any child of mine. BEWARE
