These guys called me 3 times and wheh I spoke to them the yclaimed to be the Broadband Advisory Board or something like that. So I went along with it for a laugh answered some questions about my provider and price, which I made up. Then they mention TAlk Talk and how I can save money. I told them they were rely out of order pretending to be offering advice when really its just selling and he hung up on me. I called back and asked to be removed from the list.

SCAM - "Jessica" from Carphone warehouse offering the latest "iPhone" with unlimited tariffs for £35 per month.
Another call from this man who wants to chat with me about financial investments. I keep telling him to go away, then he calls from a new number. Told him in no uncertain terms where to go and that this was harassment. SCAM / SPAM
Called my mobile but did not leave voicemail. I called it back from my business withheld number and i gave a "line dead" tone.

Obviously a scam. Pre-recorded message pretending to be from HMRC and saying I would be arrested if i didn't press 1.

Could be genuine mis-dial, but probablyly a scam call. These calls use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. NEVER TRY TO RETURN A CALL to an unknown...
