Called me saying she was calling her husband but it kept coming through to my phone and when I said she had dialled wrong number she said she hadnt and that she had just spoken him and not sure why we were on her phone - happened a few times have blocked caller

My husband had a missed call from this number and when we rung it back an automated voice came on asking if we had an oil burning boiler....gives the option to be removed from the list but when u choose that option it repeats the same spiel it gave when it first answered
I spent some time trying to get to the root of their persistent calls. They were owned by RBS but were sold to private equity = no morals and must now be using cheap call lists. These muppets are regulated by the FCA (see their website) and complaints may be made to them as well as the ICO / TPS etc. as they take misbehaviour by financial sector businesses very seriously nowadays.
