Phoning about nonexistent car accident
Said they were from Sky. 1st lady's English was not very good and she did not understand my questions. Asked me to google speed test. Did not understand when I asked if that was all one word or 2 words, must be a question asked by others Im sure.. She passed me on to another lady and she was not much better. I ended the call as I felt sure SKY would employ people with better spoken English than this for a customer service job. This felt wrong so Im going to say its dangerouse. no evedence however.
