I am so fed up with getting these calls have at least 5 or 6 a day. I wish they would stop as if we wanted what ever it is they are trying to sell would contact them myself

This number is supposed to be the Parkingeye head office number who you call to pay a parking fine, but is it, or is it a scam ???? DOES ANYONE KNOW PLEASE. I have read a lot about these people being scammers, but would appreciate it if someone could qualify my thoughts please. Thanking you in advance.
Picked phone up at 8: 24am , female foreigner asked to speak with my husband. Then hung up. This was on Wednesday 9th December 2020.
