After saying nothing for everal seconds, a lady with an Indian accent claimed to be calling from Carphone Warehouse (I've never been a customer). She said she could get me a cheaper phone which I said I doubted as mine is 10 years old. She hung up at this point.

The telephone number 01254658780 is calling me everyday I have blocked the number but I get text alerts advising I have missed a call.
Apparently they have information that I have a claim. This is a lie, and I have asked countless times to remove me from the database but they still call. How does OFCOM allow this kind of business to operate? Why is it so hard to make a complaint and stop being harassed by companies like this, yet it’s so easy for them to operate? !! Consumer protection needed !
