The person phoning said I was owed PPI and wanted my bank account number and also a payment of 10% of the money they said I was owed. The person who phoned said his name was Lalit. I believe this to be a scam. They wanted the money upfront before they paid me. Their phone number is +442032860345 and they said their authority was the British Council and then changed it to PPI Pay. They were unable to give me an address. Can you please warn people.
