Caller said there was a problem with the computer and that we should log in and they would help. I Questioned him about his phone number and address where he was located and he started shouting that I should end call or log into computer. Asked to speak to his supervisor and he said the same and that he would phone back later. I did not trust this call.
NEVER call unknown numbers back. If you do so, you may be calling a Premium Rate or International number which will incur a large charge on your bill.

Extremely arrogant, very rude, condescending and when I told him we were registered with the Telephone Preference Service, he said "we are surveyors", we don t need all this. Am filing complaint with TPS.
