Fraud
Claims to be Optical Express, however that company does not have my number. SPAM, and costs money to cancel the texts.
Received a call from this number today supposedly from HMRC saying was involved in a fraud case and to press one to talk to someone. Clearly this was scam but how are they using a phone number that is used by a legitimate business ? . Marked this as dangerous with some concern because PH is a business , but it is important that they are aware that someone is using their phone number for scamming purposes .
They are Indian, making out they are investment advisers
saying transaction on card of £600
I don t know how this company had gotten my name and number, but it was a quick chat, asked me about my debts, and said they can offer to remove 75% off my debt, and weren t really interested because i had no debts then put the phone down.
Call from electronic voice saying internet compromised and need a new number. Press 1 to speak to technician. I hung up.

Robotic Cold called three times this week in business/Working hours. I am on the TPS to not be called. I pressed 9 to say receive no more calls and realized to late this is a bad thing to do as they may register the phone now as live and owner picks up. Dont click any numbers.

PPI Claims. Said they had notification that I had been mis-sold PPI. Even though I said I had not, she was persistent. Checked some basic info and then went to speak to a colleague. Said she would go through process with me if I was eligible. Was held on hold for ages, I eventually held up.
