SPAM had a lot of calls over the last 6 months latest one 19.38 today
SCAM. Saying calling to update NHS database. Asking if I’ve had my vaccine and then whether I have life insurance and who with. Wanted to see where he was going with it, but got frustrated and hung up.
We do not know anyone in the Middlesbrough area and the caller did not leave a message. We usually receive Amazon scams around this time so are blocking the number.
24 Feb 2021 - I've had numerous calls from this number in the past few days stating I have a criminal record which that was the first call I answered then the second call I answered was a guy stating it was the job centre (universal credit) now since then its been voicemails as I didn't want to answer stating they are DWP I've been very confused and adjitated for over a week.. my gut is telling me its all a prank! SPAM Don't answer & block. This way my most recent call from a raft of UK geographic numbers purportedly calling on behalf of Carphone Warehouse. As per my last similar call I politely requested to be removed from their database, to which the caller told me to shut up and F**k-off then hung up. Best avoided
