I missed a no caller ID call from Dundee city council, the person gave me this number to call back on. I'm immediately greeted by an American automated voice giving me options to which I decide to hold for assistance cuz none of them mean anything to me. This number rang my mobile at 9.52am (21/4/23) - but on answering it came up as not allowed and shows as a missed call, so that raised a red flag. Initial research came up as a Sarah Oakley on LinkedIn advertising vacancies in the UK . However, this next search as come up as from being in Russia, making me even more suspicious of who or why they are calling as I have no connection to Russia or Sarah.
