Location says Trafalgar Square London but possible rerouted there from Indian scam call centres. Each time I order from Amazon I have scammers try to steal my cash! When the Asian person at the other end asks for your name, make some rubbish up, and then keep them talking as long as possible, as it costs them. Now blocked by our Call screening unit (TrueCall)

Called regarding a Road Traffic Accident that happened. They knew my name, my insurer, my vehicle make/model and the date of the accident. The caller said they were getting feedback on my insurer and was particularly interested in personal injury and whether it was settled. Most likely a discrete attempt at fishing for a potential personal injury claim.
