Advise everyone to do same to fight this despicable practice. Eventually it will be uneconomic for them to try to tax the dumb and vulnerable like this. Called me twice in 2 days

These people repeatedly call phishing for information stating that they are calling about a car accident. Maybe some poor souls they call talk about an accident they may/ may not have had and pass on personal details. It appears to be a scam and the only way to avoid them calling is to block their number. They called my number >10 times over past 6 months and have never taken it off their system. FYI I was never in a car accident.
