Rang my work number and asked to speak to the MD or Finance Director.. Explained I couldn t put the call through but could take his details and pass them on.. He said Goodbye and instantly terminated the call. Rude. And not a prayer of being transferred next time!
It s auto direct. I had 3 years free cover with them as part of my car finance agreement. They keep ringing asking for me and declaring my make and model of car and then hanging up. Wish they wouldn t hang up so I can tell them to do one. I had the best policy from from them which covered everything except for tyres, air filters, spark plugs and oil and when my suspension coil snapped they refused to pay for it.
Kept getting missed calls and random empty voice messages. It s a work phone, no idea where they got my number from. Have chosen option 1 when i phoned back to remove my number from their system.
