fraud investigation department.. My national Insurance Number has been used in illegal transactions!! Strange as the number is very close to my own.
Have called us twice in 2 weeks. We are on telephone preference list. Intrusive calls.

23 July keeps calling to switch our energy - we have a deal where our utilities is included with our rent, and yet they claimed to have seen our bills! Sounds a lot like lying, bullshit and harassment to me.

Scam call claiming to be from National Insurance and claiming your NI number is being used fraudulently and you risk arrest if you do not resolve the issue immediately, it then asks you to press 1 on your phone, do not press 1 this is a scam.
