This stinks! Call - line hissing and then after a few minutes hangs up. The number when rang is equally dodgy...message doesn t even say the name of the company! Just says "don t worry"....

A lady said ‘Aslam o lakum’. I replied ‘sorry what?’. She the repeated same thing again, I again said what? She then said sorry I have wrong number and hung up.... weird if you ask me.

Told me they were calling as id applied for a loan which had been declined. I haven t applied for any loasns and she kept insisting I had but said she couldn t tell me where id applied due to confidentiality. In the process of buying a house and the only loan id applied for was a mortgage which is already in place so very disconcerting. When I tried to question her she tried to end the call. Clearly a scam.
we are registered with TPS but this week getting calls every day from 0208 422 4869 any way of stopping them?
