Caller claimed to be a pensions "specialist" and wanted me to transfer my pension fund to her company. Wouldn t give a straight answer to my questions, insisting I provided personal information "for data protection purposes". I suspected a scam so ended the call.
They began calling last year and I blocked them. Then they call from a different number. They started from a London number 020 something and then they began calling from my town 01308 294566. The last time was 25/02/16. I called the number back but an automated voice told me it was not an important financial matter and hung up. I m a disabled pensioner. It is either an educated young man or a young woman who tries to keep me on the phone and continues to ask me about accidents. I hung up on her.
Apparently my life insurance hadn't been reviewed for 12months, I askwd what they on about. He then repeated himself but didn't sound very confident and hung up before I could say I've never had life insurance.. Scam?
