Automated call SCAM supposedly a bank security warning. I have had a spate of these from various numbers in the last few days, with the same female-voiced, automated message, warning of "suspicious" payments made from my bank to Amazon and international transfers. the usual "press 1" to acknowledge the message, "press 2" to speak to someone. blocked.
??? I blocked this number right now! PPI claim center. Unsolicited calls! He said that I was owed cash from an old credit contracts ???

Called and I have no idea who it is, I assume it is a cold caller. I didn't answer as it was sent to my mobile and therefore not in phone book.

SCAM- stated it was National Insurance 'Police' and my NI number was linked with criminal activity- I was under investigation and I should press 1 to speak to one of their Investigation Officers. Obviously I didnt.
Don’t know who it is, but they called at half 6 in the morning and woke us all up, didn’t leave a message.
They phoned when answered they hung up.
Potential scam. There was a recorded message supposedely from my internet service provider (although it didn't say which ISP they were calling on behalf), saying that our internet service would be disconnected in 4 hours due to 'Router Malfunction'. Our router is working fine. I suspect this is a 'Technical Support Scam', where we would be expected to pay for fixing something that isn't broke.

Called our TPS registered line. A long pause after we answered, probably due to a telemarketer s predictive dialler, then a woman repeatedly asked "are you Mr xxx?", then hung up when we asked what company she was working for. Same pattern as other criminals/scammers use.
