SCAM Number appeared on my daughters phone. We didn’t ring or save it but by the looks of it, it’s a scam!

The phone rang, but nobody spoke when I picked it up.
This number called me apparently from a landline in Liverpool. I answered and I received no response what so ever. This maybe a cold caller as I don't know anyone business or personal in Liverpool. Hopefully others may provide more information.

Received a call from a lady called Nancy who's English was appalling. She put the phone down when I asked her to confirm which Business she was from.
Twice so far this number has called me they said hello then they hung up The calls lasted for 9 seconds and 11 seconds respectively Annoying Im waiting for a third call Might be a scam If it was a legit call they would not have hung up My advice is to let them speak let them say who they are let them do all the talking and say nothing
