Guy sounded foreign accent trying to sound like public school educated! Wanted to speak to boss of company and regaled off the trading name. Said he was from department of education. I really don t think this department has funds for cold calling!

I had the same call so to get less calls like this I said, "I got killed" the reply was "O" sorry for your time.
