Fraud claimed to be Amazon fraud team saying that a mobile phone had been purchased from my account. Checked the app and no such transactions so challenged her and she hung up.

SCAM- These people have distressed an elderly neighbour twice in the past couple of days - first insisting they're 'BT anti fraud' and how he should pay £120 for new telephone handsets! - The second time they called themselves 'MaxTalk' saying the order was on its way and phishing for an address to send!...All highly despicable!

SCAM It's an automated voice telling you that your national insurance was suspended :-) and you need to speak to an officer urgently by pressing 1 :-)
