Like another person wrote on here, I said no to the insurance on the website, the person was friendly enough and accepted no thanks, but I didn t consent to my number being used in that way, only for delivery info (i.e. time slot) to be given. Always ask them security questions, they got the order number correct and I don t know if there is a scam where they say they ll take away the old appliance for free, and then somehow charge you or possibly sign you up for insurance even though you said no, idk. Claimed to be calling from Edinburgh Council (clearly a lie). Asked for me by name, then asked me to confirm the address, which I declined to do, as the phone number wasn t a local one. Her response was, we have to disguise it so people will answer... Not convinced it was the Council. 03333206871

Scam call - leave automated voicemails. Pretending to be HMRC when I called back.
This number called me claiming their from Lufthansa (a flight airline) asking for Mark Littler. A second call asking for the same name, but claiming to be from a different airline.
