This person is a serial scammer and fraudster who responds to wanted ads placed on Gumtree. Usually uses the main identity of Marlon on Gumtree, but sometimes uses his alleged daughters details: Zara Hussain. Just received this call which said that I had installed something on my home phone number which was sounds or something. I put the phone down and did no more but this is not something I have requested and I think could be dangerous.
