The number called told me that my National insurance number was being used fraudulently and I needed to press 1 to speak to someone. Unfortunately for them 07868732220 called me about 10 minutes earlier and told me the same thing.
Called at 17:25 trying to sell me something or other. When I told him we were registered with the TPS he told me he'd "never heard of OFCOM"

I had this number and also one ending in 83 ring me about advertising in a charity xmas magazine. When I asked them to send me information including registered charity number they hung up.
I ve now had my fourth call from these guys. Complete waste of time!!

Got cold called by this number on 2 July, unfortunately for me I answered it and spoke to someone pertaining to be from a solar panel company giving advice about grants. Told him I was nt interested and hung-up. Same telephone number has been calling me everyday since then, unfortunately for them their number appears on my phone so now I ignore it, although I am getting fed-up having to check all numbers before I answer the phone. A scam calle centre. They wanted card details and offered to set up a scam call blocking service that was designed for pensioners. Judging by the accents they were calling from South Asia.
