Horrified that these people called me, saying I'd been sent a reminder 10th March (not received) re my washing machine insurance renewal. I said I didn't know I had washing machine insurance and the female voice (Marie/Maria) said she would send me the details through the post. I wait with bated breath ... This woman sounded very businesslike as she blatantly lied to me. Grrr
Male voice this time saying it was a forwarded call from BT/ISP saying cutting off my internet access and to press button 1 etc. Obviously a scam - again!!!!

This number calls me constantly throughout the day regarding financial services. The first time I answered as it is from a dialing code of my local area. When I asked where they were based she said in Hinckley which is my home town. I asked her a couple of questions regarding my local area and she couldn't answer them. This number now rings me several times a day. Very annoying.
