A man with foreign accident was trying to tell me someone in my family had had an accident. In the circumstances I was quite polite. When I told him he must have the wrong number he rang off. Then I was able to resume the job that had been interrupted.

He rang Appliance Serve and told them too, he was asked to put it in writing which he did. He is now getting calls about his non payment and they are threateneing court action as they said they hadn t received a phone call or letter. Total fraudsters targeting the elderly. #scammers
