Now just recieved a second letter from Pay Pal Credit. I had previously reported this scam to Pay Pal a month ago and they said they were aware of this issue but it seems they have not yet reacted. Very poor of them.

I called to book appointment on 0161 number but must have been directed to 0844 number and was charger £1.71 for the call which from an 0161 number it should have been free because we have anytime calls.
Fraud My mum got a bill for £45 for this number that said she was on the phone for 25 minutes but she's never rang this number. She gets alot of calls that hang up so it might be one of them that has somehow not disconnected the call and reversed the charge. Be wary

Recorded msg, ostensibly from BT saying our broadband service would be terminated this afternoon and giving two options to choose: 1. To speak to somebody; 2: to terminate broadband. Voice was female with slightly accented American tone. Checked BT Numbers and they do not appear to include this one. Assume it’s a scam of some sort.
