Scam caller trying to hack cloning a number from india

When return call. Message is in French. Had several similar calls from different area codes in last 3 days.
Claimed to be from my internet provider and said my internet access would be cut off within 24-48 hours
SCAM . Telling me they can't deliver and need to contact for safe place, this is a lie
Missed call, no message left, from comments on here it could have been BUPA but i did ask them not to contact me
This is a scammer's number. They claimed to be from EE accounts department to say my last 2 payments have not been made via debit order and could I press 1 to update my account details. He was very insistent that I do it right now or my account would be closed my phone cut and costly penalties incurred. I hung up as I am not and never have been with EE.

Cold call. Chris. Friendly but persistent for a free survey for loft insulation saying the insulation we have could cause condensation and damp. Declined their invitation, looked online to find the number was from Reading, then at "Wokingham Borough Council News." to find "WARNINGS OF LOFT INSULATION SCAMMERS".
SPAM - eventually answered as a call centre for the "housing maintenance team" asking how I was. Hung up, blocked and reported. This is a newish number as well so either autodialing or selling numbers again.
