Man with Indian accent said his name was Ray Hamilton claiming to be calling from HMRC and said I was due nearly £500 in tax rebate. Asked for my card details but didnt give them to him as it is a scam. HMRC wouldnt ring to say you are due a tax rebate let alone ask for your card details on the phone.

I received a call from this number. It's happened many times and I'm getting totally fed up with it. No one speaks when you answer the call. I dialled back this time. But the line said the number is not recognised! Fuming!what the hell is the point in number preference?? If the companies get fined where our part of the payment.??
