it's a casino indeed ..you or someone else signed up with this number.
"Jack" from "Black Horse Finance" wanting my date of birth, and he said for Data Protection. I asked which of the principles of the DPA he was quoting, which he did not know of course. I asked where he got my details (he knew my name and address) and he said "Information communications office". I kept questioning him and in the end he said he did not want to talk to me any more! LOL

This number called, I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. From reading this post I won't in future. I just add this and many other numbers to a contact...
Stated he was phoning from Microsoft and became very aggressive and threatening when I said I was not interested.Stated they would cut off my computer .When I asked why he was phoning from a mobile rather than landline he did not respnd nor when I said I would phone Microsoft myself.Think this is most likely to be a scam (if not Microsoft need to be more careful in who they employ!!)
