Fraud claimed to be Microsoft and that she had lots of errors from my computer, also claimed that she has the details of the serial number of said pc, when I told her that I didn't believe her script and told her that I have a degree in advance computers, she kept telling me to shut up over and over and that she had a louder voice than me (I doubt that very much lol), as she couldn't make any money from me she gave me a load of abuse. I then blocked her in full abuse mode. FRAUDULENT SCUM!!!!!
