This is possibly a scam number claiming to be HMRC. They say you must respond to the call or face prosecution. Just hang up!
SCAM Recorded message saying I'm being investigated for tax fraud and that a warrant has been issued for my arrest.

Avoid like the plague. Scammer offering Sky refunds. Asks for confirmation of postcode, dob (i gave a false one, but it still matched records...haha) and guess what, your bank account details. Scum
Bloody PPI recorded message....."Listen carefully....etc." This is the same message as is send every few days but coming from different phone numbers - they obviously...
