As others have found when you answer after a moment or two you get a female voice simply saying "goodbye". This is most likely a "pilot" call to see if the number is valid, by answering they know it s a live number which they can sell on

Caller said "you have been approved to pay off your unsecured debt". We have no such debt nor have we applied for any such debt. Suspect phishing. Caller couldn t speak English very well.
Pakastani/Asian woman wanted to speak to my boss. I said he wasn t in - was there anything I could help with - who was she& where was she calling from? She put phone down. I called back & spoke to another Asian/Pakistani woman said I had just spoken to a very rude woman who put phone down when I asked questions. She then shouted Hey Hey Hey and then put phone down.

Had a call saying that my Amazon order has been placed and 300£ charged.
01417321357.... extremely irritating individual from a call centre who called himself Jamie and proceeded to make some ridiculous sounds when asked where he got my number from. Childish and very annoying.
