Calling repeatedly and hanging up after 1 ring. When calling it back they profess to being a utilities company and telling you that you need to change your rate with them. Business premises. Repeatedly told to remove our details from their database.
This number has called 4 times today and rung off after one or two rings. I imagine this is to try to get unsuspecting recipients to call the number back so they can earn money from the call or to establish that the number is working before their telemarketers bombard me with calls. Very disruptive and annoying, shoddy telemarketing practise.
