This is a horrendous company and I am reporting them to the financial ombudsman. They set up a direct debit without my knowledge or consent for £100.00 pm. The alleged debt by AQUA was £100.00 in total. Once challenged they claimed AQUA gave their consent to take my money which is an absolute breach of GDPR.
